Story
A tale from a time where science, magic and the unknown still blended, we get the tale of Frankenstein’s monster, one of science going too far. Alas the night is now long and the lightning is cracking. It finally hits the tower and fires bolts of electricity into the silhouetted shape lying on the cold metal table. It arcs slowly up from its steel bed and the mad scientist screams in excitement. The monster is alive and is now getting up but it is confused and going on a rampage. It wants to be alive again but doesn’t know how so now he’s going to smash things in its confusion.
Inspiration
I have a fascination with the science of the 1800s and the ideas they had with the occult, science and magic kind of blended but didn’t really. The era of experimentation was crazy and the harvesting of human bodies was high. I find that wild but also can see where this story came from. I wanted to capture that moment of when the monster finally gets up, the power has hit him and he is now waking...
