Our Process

Steps to Commissioning a Custom Designed Piece:

1. Initial Consultation: We begin with either an in-person meeting or a phone conversation to thoroughly discuss your vision and requirements for the custom piece. During this discussion, we will explore the design elements, materials, budget considerations, and quantity required. Understanding your preferences and specifications is crucial for crafting a tailored solution.

2. Deposit: Following the consultation, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to initiate the design process. This deposit serves to offset the time and resources invested in conceptualizing and drafting the design, as well as accommodating any subsequent modifications.

3. Design Approval: Once the design concept is finalized and agreed upon, a second deposit is necessary to cover the expenses associated with procuring the materials required for the project. The specific amount of this deposit will vary depending on factors such as the type of metal chosen and the inclusion of gemstones.

4. Production and Completion: With the deposits secured, our skilled artisan will proceed with crafting your bespoke piece with meticulous attention to detail. Upon completion, the final payment is due, and upon receipt, your order will be promptly dispatched.

5. Delivery: Upon receiving the final payment, your custom-designed jewelry will be delivered to your specified location. You will then have the pleasure of owning a unique and exquisite piece or pieces of jewelry crafted to your exact specifications.

This structured process ensures a seamless and personalized experience, culminating in the acquisition of a truly one-of-a-kind jewelry masterpiece.

Please note, the initial deposit for your bespoke design is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final cost. You have six months to use it towards a purchase; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
