Customs of the Cove

Steps to the perfectly designed custom piece.
First we need to have either a face to face sit down or phone conversation to discuss what it is you are after and what you want included. If you have an idea of what you want to spend as that may affect materials used. Also how many you are after, as we can do multiples if you wish and number them for an incentive, special interest group or even family piece. 
Once we have a brief of what it is that you want a $100 non refundable deposit will need to be paid. This deposit will come off the final cost of the piece and covers the cost of the time spent designing and creating the bench drawing of your piece and also any changes to it. 
Once the design is agreed upon a second deposit will need to be paid to cover the cost of materials. This second deposit amount will vary based on metal used and any stones included. 
Upon completion of your bespoke piece and once the final payment needs is received, your order will be dispatched. Then you will be the proud owner of your one of a kind piece or pieces of jewellery! 
Please note the initial deposit for the creation of your bespoke piece design will come off the cost of your final product. If you decide not to go ahead this will be non-refundable. You will have 6 months to use it towards an item we sell otherwise it will be forfeited.
